All support tickets will be monitored by a staff member during regular business hours
of 9am - 5pm, M-F Pacific Standard Time. All other times tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible.
It is our goal to respond to every ticket within 6 hours and have each ticket solved within 24 hours.
